张耀鹏

纤维材料改性国家重点实验室副主任

    张耀鹏研究员、博士,博导,日本川村理化学研究所博士后,日本秋田大学访问学者,是东华大学优秀青年教师后备人选、上海市晨光学者、上海市浦江人才、上海市青年科技启明星获得者。2014年入选东华大学首批励志计划(A类)。2002起年先后以骨干成员承担了有关蜘蛛丝和玉米纤维的国家863项目及上海市科委科技攻关项目。成功开发了用工业化聚酯纺丝装置加工玉米纤维的技术,2007年被评为中国纺织工业协会科学技术二等奖。2004年至2007年赴日留学期间,提出了舌片型微流控阀的概念,成功制备了载玻片大小的微精馏芯片,得到了国际同行的高度评价,相关成果发表在Lab  on a Chip(影响因子5.697), Chemical  Communications(影响因子6.378)等国际重要学术期刊。2007年回国后,将微流体技术与仿生纺丝相结合,建立了新的微流体纺丝研究方向。陆续主持完成了国家自然科学基金、教育部留学回国基金、上海市教育发展基金会晨光计划、上海市科委浦江人才计划等10余项课题的研究。此外,还参与完成了高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金课题1项。现主持国家自然科学基金、上海市教委科研创新重点项目、上海市青年科技启明星计划等课题4项,作为第二单位负责人承担国家自然科学基金1项,参与国家自然科学基金等课题2项。率先以水为溶剂,通过静电纺丝制得丝素蛋白纳米纤维毡,并应用于组织工程尿道修复研究;开发了动物丝蛋白的干法及微流体纺丝技术,制备了力学性能超过天然蚕丝的高性能人造动物丝。迄今在Biomacromolecules,J.  Mater.  Chem.等期刊发表SCI论文37篇,申请专利21项(其中授权中国专利11项,公开日本专利4项),参编专著2部。所指导学生中多人被评为上海市优秀毕业研究生、上海市优秀毕业生、东华大学优秀毕业生等。(数据更新2015-1)
About  Professor Yaopeng Zhang
Prof. Yaopeng Zhang has more than ten years'  experience as a researcher in materials science, specialising in biomaterials  (such as silkworm silk, spider silk, cellulose fibers), tissue engineering and  microfluidics. He received his BS degree in Polymer Material and Engineering  from Hubei University of Technology, China, in 1998, and his PhD degree in  Material Science, specializing in cellulose membrane, from Donghua University,  China, in 2002. In the same year, he joined Donghua University as a research  assistant. He had been a postdoctoral fellow of Kawamura Institute of Chemical  Research, Japan from 2004 to 2007. Dr. Zhang became an associate professor in  2007. In 2010, he was appointed a Visiting Professor of Life Sciences in Akita  University, Japan. In 2012, he became a professor in material science in Donghua  University. Prof Zhang has directed more than 10 competitive research projects  from National Natural Science Foundation of China, State Education Ministry,  Shanghai Municipal Government, and universities. Prof Zhang’s research has been  awarded the Second prize of China National Textile Apparel Council Scientific  Technology Award (2007). He also received an Second Class Award in Research  Achievements (Science and Technology), Ministry of Education, China, 2013. By  mimicking the spinning process of silkworms, Prof Zhang’s group successfully  spun artificial silks tougher than natural silkworm silk from regenerated silk  fibroin (RSF) aqueous solutions in air by using a dry spinning process. Prof  Zhang’s group also electrospun enhanced RSF scaffolds using entirely aqueous  processing methods. The scaffolds can be applied in tissue engineering, such as  urethral reconstruction, and wound dressing. He has published more than 30 SCI  papers in international journals and two book chapters. He has applied 17  patents in China and 4 patents in Japan, in which 11 patents have been  authorized.
